Honestly, doing business with this company and employees was very pleasant from the very beginning. As soon as I called, they picked up, I told them what I needed, and they immediately gave me a time window. The receptionist (not a robot call) even called me during the appointment window to let me know that he was going to be arriving within the next hour and asked if I had any questions.
